Welcome to SQ Store (sqstore.qa). By using the store or completing any purchase, you agree fully and unconditionally to these Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.

1) Acceptance and Eligibility

By using the store, you acknowledge that you are of legal age (18 years) or have legal authorization to purchase, and you assume full legal and financial responsibility for all orders placed from your account or using your data.

2) Price Modifications and Product Availability

All displayed prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

The store reserves the right to modify or change product prices or discontinue the display of any product at any time without prior notice.

In the event of an unintentional error in the pricing or details of a product, the store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer's payment without any further obligation or compensation.

3) Orders and Cancellations

An order is considered confirmed and completed upon the customer's receipt of the confirmation notification. The store reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, suspected fraud, or inaccurate contact and delivery information provided by the customer.

4) Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. The customer is fully responsible for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from providing incorrect information or failing to respond to the shipping representative. If delivery is not possible due to the customer's actions and reshipping is required, the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Qatari law, the store is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the store or delays in product shipments due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or delivery company congestion).

6) Intellectual Property

All images, text, logos, and designs belonging to SQ Store are the exclusive property of the store and may not be transferred or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
